He has helped dozens of clients align on critical decisions, “get unstuck”, clarify goals, mobilize organizations, and get to the business of executing on their most important initiatives.

His meeting design addresses team-based opportunities that arise during times of change, enables team members to align with clarity and go-forward action.

Working with the context of each client’s unique strategy and culture, Eric “stacks the deck” for the client before, during and after the meeting in order to surface the crucial topics and interactions that will drive team achievement.

Eric has led the design and facilitation of over 300 meetings producing consistent results, action and achievement.
